Zainab Hasan offers exchange only if you have received a defective product or wrong order, kindly contact us within 48 hours via WhatsApp or Email with a proof. 

Please note that the product should be unused with the price label attached along with the purchase invoice. Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photoshoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason. We will only exchange or refund if you have received a product that has any kind of manufacturing defect. Kindly contact our customer service center by emailing us pictures of the defected product(s) at info@zainabhasan.com within 48 hours of receiving the product. After our team examines the product, you will be offered an exchange with the same price value product.

Note: Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged.

Refund
We at Zainab Hasan have a ‘No Refund’ policy. However, refunds may be allowed in exceptional cases where the product is out of stock or appears to be defected. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Please allow two weeks to process your returns.

Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive confirmation via email that contains tracking information. When a product is shipped, the ‘Return and Exchange Policy’ is applicable. Zainab Hassan may cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons may include: The article is out of stock or price errors.
